Welcome to the OBIX Online Website (the "Site"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site and its contents. The terms "CCSI," "OBIX," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Clinical Computer Systems, Inc.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, THE CCSI PRIVACY POLICY, AND YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE REQUIRED NOTICES AND TO TRANSACT WITH US ELECTRONICALLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

 1.      Registration

Either you or your organization has provided CCSI with user’s first and last names, email address, and which course the user should be enrolled

2.      CCSI Privacy Statement

Your use of this Site signifies your continuing consent to the CCSI Privacy Policy, which you can examine any time by clicking on the "Privacy Policy" link on the Site.

Personal information that you supply to CCSI, and any information about your use of CCSI that we obtain will be subject to the CCSI Privacy Policy on this Site.

In using this Site, you agree:

a.      Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site which are restricted from general access;

b.      Not to attempt to use another user's account or create a fictitious identity on this Site;

CCSI specifically disclaims any liability for the speech or content of those individuals providing education through the OBIX Online education courses. Please review the following requirements for OBIX Online education courses:

  • Courses must be taken on a Windows-based computer or laptop.  OBIX online educational courses are NOT compatible with mobile (phone, tablet, iPad, etc.) or Mac devices.
  • Computer or laptop must have a sound card and speakers and/or can support audio via headphones or earbuds
  • Courses may be taken on the following browsers and versions:

    • Firefox
    • Safari 8 and above
    • Edge

Using other browsers or browsers below the required versions above will result in compatibility issues.  Taking the course without compliance to the above requirements may result in the course not functioning as designed.
